Nutrients: Raspberries rank near the top of all fruits for antioxidant strength. They are rich in Vitamin C, manganese and fiber.
Make Sure it's Fresh: Select plump, firm, fully red berries. Unripe berries will not ripen once picked.
Storage: Raspberries quickly mold when left at room temperature, and only last a few days in the refrigerator. They freeze well. Rinse gently with water, drain in colander, then place in a plastic bag, removing as much air as possible.
