The Northbrook Public Library is hosting a food drive to benefit the Northfield Township Food Pantry beginning June 1 – 30. Show your community spirit and bring in a food donation for the Northfield Township Food Pantry. The food drive is part of the Library’s commitment for 4th of July to honor the parade theme “Unity through Community”. The next time you are coming to the Library, please bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the food pantry. Donations will be collected at the Library Circulation desk. We invite the whole community to participate. We hope to display evidence of a vast amount of food items on our parade float. The Pantry supplies food for those in need from Glenview, Northbrook and a part of Northfield. Let’s see what we can raise together!
