Pay fines* Online with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.

What You Need:

-Your library card
-An active email address
-A valid credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express)

Easy Steps:   

1) Log in to your online  MYNPL account. Need help logging in? Watch this short video. 

2) Select MYNPL from the menu bar.  Click on Fines.

3) Select Pay Fines Online. 

4) Complete the online form and Submit.  

5) You will receive a confirmation email showing that the transaction was successful and your library account has been updated.

*A fine can be paid only after the material is returned.  If your fees (damaged or lost items) are over $10.00, you will not be able to place holds on your card without contacting the library to validate your account.  Payment for damaged or lost items must be made in person.
