Northbrook Village President Sandra Frum will deliver her annual State of the Village address at the Northbrook Chamber of Commerce luncheon on Monday, December 3^rd at Pinstripes, 1150 Willow Road.     In this annual presentation to the business community, President Frum will address some of the major challenges and opportunities facing the Village of Northbrook.  She is expected to comment on several aspects of the Village’s finances, as well as the completion of the Village’s downtown study and the Master Stormwater Management Plan.  Other topics include development proposals that are currently under consideration in both the downtown and other parts of Northbrook, as well as efforts to maintain a strong business baseThere will be ample opportunities for questions and answers during this informative lunch.  There will be ample opportunities for questions and answers during this informative lunch.   The cost of the lunch is $25 in advance for Chamber members and $35 for guests and at the door.  The event begins at 11:45 and is open to the public.  Guests are asked to register in advance.   To make a reservation, call the Chamber office at (847)498-5555.
