    Yoga instructor Olga Rudiak leads a series of yoga sessions for improved physical strength, relaxation and mental clarity. Exercises are done in a chair or standing not on the floor.

    Yoga meets at the Village Hall in the Board Room. Space is limited to the first 70 people in attendance.

Separated from her body and in a coma, Mia reminisces about her life and possible future as she makes the ultimate decision to either stay or go.

    Remember we meet at the Starbucks on Cherry and your first drink is on us. The first 7 teens to check-in at the Youth Services desk get a free copy of the book. Heads up: This book has a suggested reading audience of grades 7-12.
