Self-serve Interlibrary Loan in WorldCat

Attention Northbrook researchers. You asked for an ILL request form in WorldCat. Now you have it. Just look for the ILL tab when you find the title you want to request in WorldCat. Books only, please. Fill out the form, and we'll take it from there. This is a service for Northbrook cardholders only.

MacBook and iPad check out
Check out a MacBook or iPad

The library has added two 15" MacBook Pros for Northbrook patrons to use in-house! Both laptops come with apps like Garage Band, iMovie, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Adobe's Creative Cloud collection, which includes Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and more. If you're in high school or older, stop at the Periodicals Desk on the second floor with your Northbrook library card and a current ID to check one out for up to 3 hours. We also have iPads for in-library use, preloaded with over 90 apps, available at the Periodicals Desk!

Makerbot Replicator II
3D Printing

Have you visited our 3D printer yet? It currently resides in the Interactive Classroom on the Second Floor.  Stop by to see it in action, or check out our brief video. Then visit our pages on 3D Printing to find out how you can use it, even if you're a beginner in using computer-aided design!
