Food Drive

The Northbrook Public Library is hosting a food drive to benefit the Northfield Township Food Pantry beginning June 1 – 30. The food drive is part of the Library’s commitment for 4th of July to honor the parade theme “Unity through Community”. The next time you are coming to the Library, please bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the food pantry. We invite the whole community to participate. We hope to display evidence of a vast amount of food items on our parade float. The Pantry supplies food for those in need from Glenview, Northbrook and a part of Northfield.

Register Online for Technology Classes

Starting now, Northbrook Public Library cardholders can register online for our technology classes.  Our calendar, events, and Technology Classes pages display a "Register" link for those programs requiring signup.  Click on the link, enter your valid Northbrook Library card number - without spaces - and fill in your information.  If you enter your email address, you'll receive a helpful email reminder two days before the class.  Registration for our Technology classes starts 30 days before each class.  Questions about signing up for our Technology classes?  Call the Reference Department at 847.272.4873 for assistance.
