Community Blood Drive
Community Blood Drive

Did you know that one blood donation can save the lives of up to 3 people? The library is partnering with the American Red Cross to host a blood drive, Saturday, July 6th from 10-2 pm in the Pollak Room. The blood drive is part of the Library's commitment for the 4th of July to honor the parade theme, "Unity in Community." If you would like to schedule an appointment or find more detailed information, please log into www.redcrossblood.org or contact Laurie Prioletti at 847-272-7077 or lprioletti@northbrook.info.

Library Food Drive Collections
Food Drive-UPDATE

As of June 11 we have one full 55 gallon bin of food for donation to the Northfield Township Food Pantry.  Way to go Northbrook!
Lets keep the food donations pouring in throughout the month of June and stay tuned for detailed information about the upcoming blood drive, Saturday, July 6.

The Northbrook Public Library is hosting a food drive to benefit the Northfield Township Food Pantry beginning June 1 – 30. The food drive is part of the Library’s commitment for 4th of July to honor the parade theme “Unity through Community”. The next time you are coming to the Library, please bring a non-perishable food item to be donated to the food pantry. We invite the whole community to participate. We hope to display evidence of a vast amount of food items on our parade float. The Pantry supplies food for those in need from Glenview, Northbrook and a part of Northfield.
