Summer Reading for Everyone

Kids Summer Reading Club ends on July 31. Make sure your reading logs are turned in to Youth Services for your chance to win a prize! We're celebrating a super summer of reading with Hero Fest at the end of July; learn more and register here.

Adult Summer Reading Club runs until August 31. Don't forget to turn in your reading logs at Reader Services for your chance at our weekly raffle and an entry for our Grand Prize drawing: an iPad mini!

New Meeting Rooms
New Meeting Rooms

Northbrook cardholders can now sign up to use the new meeting rooms on the first floor, with rooms available September 1st. The Pollak and Civic Rooms are more spacious, with new technology and furniture. Visit our Meeting & Study Rooms page for more information and to fill out an online request to reserve a room.

Thanks to the Friends of the Northbrook Public Library, you can now print from your Internet connected PC to our printer, located near the 2nd floor Reference Desk.  A copy card must be purchased to release prints.
