Facts by Fax

The Northbrook Public Library's Facts by Fax program was created to provide patrons with a convenient, efficient way to deliver information. A Facts by Fax form is available to print, or you can pick up a form at the Reference Desk. Also, we will be happy to fax a form to you on request.
