  • Gentle Yoga

    Yoga instructor Olga Rudiak leads a series of yoga sessions for improved physical strength, relaxation and mental clarity. Exercises are done in a chair or standing not on the floor.

    Yoga meets at the Village Hall in the Board Room. Space is limited to the first 70 people in attendance.

    McMurphy, a criminal who feigns insanity, is admitted to a mental hospital where he challenges the autocratic authority of the head nurse.
