Experience nature with all five senses as we walk slowly among the trees. Terry Cichocki, certified forest therapy guide and Northbrook Village Forester, will be our guide to immersing ourselves in the nourishing sounds, smells, and textures of the woods.

We'll walk in Ryerson Woods. Enter off Riverwoods Rd. Follow signs to Brushwood Center.
