Meeting Rooms: the library meeting rooms and auditorium are currently closed for renovation

Thank you for your interest in booking one of our meeting rooms for your organization. As you may know, we have been undergoing an extensive remodel and expansion of our meeting rooms over the past year. We are very excited about the new space and look forward to opening it up to members of the community.

However, as the space is new and will have additional equipment and room set-up options, we are working on creating a new policy to meet the needs of the new space.  We are not done with the new policy just yet and so do not have definitive answers on questions you might have. However, once the policy is ready and has been approved by the Board of Trustees, we will post it on our website and make it available to anyone interested.

What I can share is that the new space will be available to community groups starting September 1, 2015 and that you may begin booking the rooms starting in mid-July 2015.

We look forward to hosting your organization in the future. If you have any questions or would like to be notified when the new policy is available, please contact:
