Help us spread the word about our Summer Reading Program in the Community. Each year, many Northbrook businesses get involved in our annual Summer Reading program in various ways. This year, we'd like to extend the opportunity to local businesses to help us spread the word in the community about our all-ages Summer Reading Program, which starts June 1. Here are some ways you can partner with us:
1) Donate a coupon, gift card, or item for participant prizes
To accommodate our participants, we ask for 2000 coupons for our youth program and 400 coupons for our teen program. Or, you can supply a prize to be included in our prize drawing. As a coupon or prize donor, your name (or your organization’s name) will be mentioned on the Library’s website and in the library’s newsletter (which is mailed to all Northbrook households). 2) Post a flyer
Post at your business for customers to grab (we'll provide printed flyers or digital images if you'd rather share on social media). If you'd like to help us promote Summer Reading by posting a flyer in your business, please email Linda Vering, Marketing & Communications Manager by Monday, May 2.
3) Promote Summer Reading to your employees
Anyone can sign up, you don't have to live in Northbrook.
