September is the perfect time to sign up for a library card
Your library card is the most important card in your wallet! It gives you easy access to the latest titles, meeting and study room reservations, homebound delivery services, online resources, and more. Getting one is easy. You can visit the library to apply or visit northbrook.info/card to learn how to get a card.
Everyone who signs up for a Northbrook Library card in September will be automatically entered into our prize drawing for the chance to win a $25 Book Bin gift certificate. If you know someone who needs a library card, bring them along, too!
In addition to Northbrook residents, Northbrook businesses, teachers, and au pairs may also be eligible to get a card. For residents of unincorporated Northbrook, our Cards for Kids and Cards for U.S. Veterans programs may make it possible to get a card at no cost. Other residents of unincorporated Northbrook have the option to purchase a library card. Learn more at northbrook.info/card.
